Lexy helped me to get the opportunity of having the first round interview with #### even though they initially thought I was not fully qualified for the role. This demonstrates how well Lexy understands employer’s expectation and maybe the unique intuition she has in order to find the great match, not just totally rely on the experiences/requirements on paper.

I found Lexi extremely proactive and helpful and she was excellent in matching up my skills and experience with the ask from ####. She went out of her way to keep me updated at every stage of the process and I would be very happy to work with her again in future.

Lexy is great. Picked up her phone on her non-working day. It only took one attempt (from memory) and Lexy found a quality candidate for this role. My only constructive feedback I'd like to leave is that it took Lexy 7 bus days for her to introduce herself from date Geoff assigned her to us. We reached on the 3/8, Geoff acknowledge and assigned Lexy on the 3/8. I heard nothing. Then I reached out myself on the 12/8 of which Lexy then replied back. Oherwise after this bump.
