As the Solution Architect , you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative, scalable and robust solutions to address complex business challenges, Collaborating closely with cross functional teams across IT and business you will evangelise your design and build your solution architecture document from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure solution architectures created align to the strategic direction for technology investment
- Work broadly across the IT team, business and vendors and suppliers on specific solutions challenges and technical design.
- Develop the Solution Architectures including the technical designs associated with the program or project.
Key Skills:
- 5 years plus in previous Solutions Architect positions
- Proven experience in producing Solutions Architecture from scratch
- Articulate and passionate able bring the business along with you on your designs
- Experienced with TOGAF - familiar with architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Software development programming (proficiency in programming languages relevant to the project (Java, Python, etc
- Proficiency in data management and databases
- Networking and Security - strong understanding of network protocols
- System integration - experience with integration methods and tools
- AI and Machine learning preferable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
- TOGAF certification is desirable
