Location: Manly Vale (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH)
Salary: $100k-$130k + super

Join a growing leader in digital commerce infrastructure, helping some of Australia's largest brands and retailers stand out on the digital shelf. Our client is seeking an Platform Project Manager with 2-5+ years of experience to manage and deliver SaaS projects in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in SaaS-based environments, API integrations, and IT project management within the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to accurately scope and manage project requirements.
Build strong customer relationships through regular updates and meetings.
Develop and execute governance policies and standards for projects.
Manage project resources, dependencies, and the full project lifecycle.
Lead teams to deliver on time and within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
Ensure successful project handover to the Client Success team for ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For:

2-5+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly in SaaS environments.
Experience with API integrations and IT projects within the retail sector.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and commit to Monday - Thursday in the Manly Vale Office with a team-focused approach.
