The Opportunity

This fantastic Multi-Award Winning Fintech has an exciting new opening for a talented Software Engineer. This role presents the opportunity to work on globally successful Banking products used by the majority of Australia's tier-one banks. This role sits in the Calculations team and has a 'Quant' flavour to it, so would suit a .Net developer with an interest in the maths / calculations side. This company is extremely successful, and as a Tech Company at heart, they always keep their Microsoft Tech Stack completely up to date. The company is a great place to work with Developers tending to stay with the business for a good amount of time, citing the culture, the work, and the opportunities to learn and progress as contributing factors to this.

Skills and Attributes Required

Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with .NET development
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET. Core, Web/Rest API's
Strong understanding of MS SQL Server
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with Azure Cloud is desirable
Experience with modelling and strong Excel skills is desirable
Experience in the banking/financial industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An avid learner with great attitude
