The Opportunity
You will step into a product that has massive market opportunity and no direct competitors. With exclusive access to the real estate sector it serves, you will be central to shaping and executing its next phase: commercialisation.

You will take a strong vision, apply product thinking and market insight, and collaborate closely with an experienced development team to translate ideas into reality. You will be responsible for developing business cases, defining and owning the product roadmap, and ensuring the needs of real estate agents and broader stakeholders are not only met but exceeded.

From investigating new services and innovations, through to presenting cases for investment, you will be building the future of the platform while ensuring that everything is grounded in customer needs and commercial outcomes. You will influence and support the development team through active collaboration, manage all product documentation, and represent the voice of the customer by regularly gathering feedback through BETA testing, site visits, usability testing and analytics.

Success will be measured by your ability to deliver strong return on investment across new initiatives, with a focus on data driven decision making and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

Owning and defining the vision and roadmap for the platform, aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
Investigating new services and trends through market research and innovation in the real estate and PropTech sectors.
Developing business cases for new products, features, and services.
Building strong relationships with the development team and wider stakeholders through regular engagement and support.
Managing the product backlog, ticketing, sprint cycles, and ensuring development efforts align to commercial outcomes.
Keeping all product documentation current and ensuring it is clearly communicated internally and externally.
Representing clients by adopting a customer centric approach, conducting regular testing, feedback sessions, analytics reviews, and site visits.
Partnering with the UI and UX team to design, prototype, test, and roll out new product features and improvements.
Tracking the success of new product launches with a focus on measurable outcomes and return on investment.
Handling general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as required.

What You Will Bring

2 to 3 plus years of product management experience, ideally with core capabilities in roadmapping, backlog management, business case development, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience within the real estate or PropTech industries, or an understanding of complex, integrated environments.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills, with an eye for data and detail.
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.
Proven experience managing work efficiently, prioritising effectively, and balancing multiple initiatives.
Ability to operate with a client first mindset, ensuring solutions meet real business and user needs.
Experience using market and user research to inform product development and innovation.
Knowledge of product management principles including timeboxing, backlog grooming, epic and user story development, workflow documentation, and competitive profiling.
