We’re looking for an organised, reliable, and detail-focused Technical Admin Assistant to support our Financial Processing team. This short-term contract is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong admin skills, and is confident handling confidential digital records.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review and relocate documents into the correct employee folders
- Rename, remove, and organise files according to the data retention policy
- Maintain confidentiality and follow clear admin processes
- Assist the Payroll team with ad hoc admin tasks (no payroll experience needed)
- Work independently while receiving guidance and check-ins from the team
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
- Strong admin or team assistant experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and process documents with accuracy
- Trustworthy and comfortable working with confidential records
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and working with digital filing systems
- Ability to work independently with regular check-ins
