Customer Success Manager

Are you a confident and capable Customer Success Manager who thrives on building strong partnerships and driving real business outcomes? Are you ready to work with some of Australia’s top FMCG, liquor, and ecommerce brands?

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can own a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive adoption, and ensure our customers get the most out of their platform investment. 

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the post-sales lifecycle for your customer portfolio, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with digital, ecommerce, and brand teams to implement digital shelf programs and drive transformation
  • Run strategic business reviews with senior stakeholders to demonstrate value, progress, and opportunities
  • Guide clients through change management processes and position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Capture feedback, surface enhancement requests, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams
  • Support team knowledge-sharing and mentor younger team members when needed

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a CSM, Technical Account Manager, or similar post-sales role in a SaaS environment
  • A track record of managing enterprise clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience in (or working closely with) the FMCG, liquor, media, or brand/ecommerce side of business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to manage expectations, deliver on commitments, and adapt to change
  • Experience with media platforms is a plus
  • Team player who’s happy to collaborate with peers in Customer Success, Sales, and Tech
