Join our client’s team as a Salesforce Administrator!
In this pivotal role, you will support the Salesforce program of work at a leading health fund. Collaborating closely with the Customer Applications Support Manager and your stakeholders, you will drive enhancements across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring a seamless integration and an exceptional user experience.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, providing first-line support to users and managing everyday CRM issues.
- Handle administration tasks such as security settings, user maintenance, workflows, and process management.
- Build and deploy reports and dashboards for clear insights and performance tracking.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for production releases to ensure flawless deployments.
- Monitor and manage integration field mapping and data quality with external systems.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and continuously enhance the team’s Salesforce skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the CRM and Business team to scope future development projects and test releases.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator with a current certification in Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of system processes, flows, and marketing cloud automations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a positive attitude toward user adoption.
- Configure Layouts, record types and lightning pages
- Excellent knowledge of Email Studio, Journey builder and Content Builder
- Strong data manage abilities and problem solving capability
- Apex Triggers and Omnistudio skills are highly desirable
- SQL, SOQL experience is desirable
