The role is to be part of the Connectivity Operations team who are continually shaping and developing how they facilitate and support the network/customer server requirements for our services.
You will need mid tier/senior technical skills in configuring routers/switches, have experience in direct customer interaction and comfortable with Layer 2& 3 troubleshooting.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver network infrastructure enabling customers to access financial products from the datacenter or at client premises.
- Configure a router/switch yourself and use your skills with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF. MPLS to perform troubleshooting.
- Plan, Build and Implement networks both on site and remotely.
- Perform network maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documents.
- Increase predictive monitoring.
You will have experience in:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A service delivery background
- Experience in Managed Service Provider solutions.
- You must be Citizen or PR
