Solution Architect Assisted Channel

My client is an ambitious digital bank with a superb culture that is focussed on collaboration as well as working flexibility.

Due to an internal initiative to optimise and drive efficiency through their assisted channel, they are looking for an experienced Solution Architect that is able to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with highly likelihood of extending for further beyond.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Background working in Solution Architecture, able to put together roadmap and integration patterns.
  • Technical background - Broad software engineering skills such as building API's, Cloud, CRM, Chat.
  • Experience working in a business that were on a growth journey. Preferably in Financial Services or Banking.
  • Ability to design solutions that would optimise and enhance efficiency through technology.
  • Have worked on Assisted channel or Omni Channel - such as contact centre.
  • Strong people skills - ability to work with technical teams, business leaders, and vendors.
  • Go-getter attitude - ability to set own direction and focus in order to choose appropriate technology.
  • Be available to work a few days per week in Sydney CBD office - This is to collaborate effectively with various tech & business teams as well as vendors.
