ERP Business Analyst (SAP & Salesforce)

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. You’ll leverage your SAP and Salesforce expertise to deliver seamless system enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.

Build trusting relationships with Commercial Stakeholders, Technical teams and help solve problems.
Take ownership for the development of robust, detailed business cases for project requests, in collaboration with the business stakeholders.
Design and optimise workflows within SAP and Salesforce to enhance commercial operations.
Work closely with the CIO, Business Partners and the Transformation Lead to support Portfolio and Project Management and Reporting.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements using SAP and Salesforce solutions.
At least 6 years of Business Analyst project experience.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process mapping.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
