As a Sn Cloud Services Engineer you will be reporting into the Director of Infrastructure Transformation, playing a pivotal role in enhancing their IT environment. One of the key requirements for this role is your previous expertise in supporting the ongoing evolution of technology landscape, as our client is constantly going through business expansion and new acquisitions.
Your Role:

Identify opportunities to improve current technologies, processes, and procedures.

Design and integrate new IT environments aligned with business growth.

Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.

Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools.

Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
Your Experience:
- Strong experience of infrastructure project delivery (planning, analysis, implementation) using PMP/PRINCE2 or similar
- Strong experience of design, implementation and management of Microsoft Hybrid infrastructure
- Strong experience in Designing, Implementing and Managing Public cloud tenancies Azure & AWS
- Strong experience of Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft - Active Directory Domain Services
- Strong experience of Administering Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online/SfB/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security and Access Controls (MFA & CAP) implementation
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure security and Infra security tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows servers
- Experience as technical liaison for 3rd party service/system providers
- AZ103, EM&S Certification, SCCM, ADFS, Commvault, PKI/CA
- Checkpoint, Cisco, Proofpoint, Force Point, Crowdstrike, Qualys, solar winds, In Tune , Co-Management
- Experience of integrating large scale technology environments. M&A experience an advantage
- Identity & Access Management
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in similar role.
