Are you a skilled Financial Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting? We’re seeking a proactive professional to support a high-profile Special Programs team in delivering accurate and transparent financial insights.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist Senior Financial Analysts in setting up program reporting.
- Provide financial support to project managers and program leaders.
- Develop financial models for R&M scope, upgrades, and purchase orders.
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts and budgets in PRIME and MyWorkZone.
- Track maintenance projects and capital expenditure (CapEx).
- Ensure compliance with GST, grant funding, and capital resources.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in financial modelling and working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of project accounting, grant funding, and CapEx.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Parramatta (no WFH available)
