- Contract: Initially until the end of June 2025 (with the view of being extended long term for the duration of the program)
- Daily Rate: Highly Negotiable (depending on experience)
- Location: Sydney CBD Office (3 Days onsite, 2 Days WFH)

The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex cyber security programs?
About the Role
Reporting to the Cyber Lead, you will:
- Lead the Cyber Security Program: Work with the senior executive leadership team to develop and deliver a roadmap to enhance their cyber security maturity.
- Vendor and Solution Management: Project Manage the selection and implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) solution and manage vendor relationships.
- Immediate and Long-term Initiatives: Project Manage the short-term remediation efforts post-cyber-attack and strategise for long-term security uplift.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior executives, general managers, external vendors and technical teams to prioritise and deliver initiatives.
- Operational Technology (OT) Security: Leverage your expertise to integrate OT-specific cyber solutions across the business operations.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years in delivering cyber security programs, to include the initial development of a cyber security uplift roadmap.
- Min. 10+ years’ experience in Project Management including extensive experience in stakeholder management at C-Suite level, strong risk and governance management, and steering committee facilitation.
- Familiarity with operational technology environments is essential
- While not a cyber SME, a solid understanding of cyber security principles and their practical application is essential.
- Ideal candidates will have experience within manufacturing or similar industries.
