We incorporate a number of 3rd party tools into our recruitment process.  One of these is the Employee Attachment Index (EAI) from Sork HC.  In this short video blog Sarah Banek, our People & Performance Director and the architect of our award wining company culture, talks about how we use this tool both internally and with clients.
