Here are our tips for how to get the most out of your recruitment company.
Welcome back to The Recruitment Company video blog. This time, we're going to have a look at some ideal questions you can bring to your recruitment agency to help you in your job hunt. Seeking the help of a recruiter is an excellent move along the path to a new job, but you should be prepared to ask your recruiter questions about your market to ascertain if they are genuine specialists in your field.
Your recruitment company should be experienced and knowledgeable about a whole range of industries, so if there's anything you want to know ahead of applying they're a great resource. Working with your recruiter can also be a great way to generate some insightful questions to take into your upcoming interviews. Almost every interview ends with "do you have any questions?", so it pays to be prepared for that.
Think about what things you need to know as you begin the job hunting process. Learning about which industries have a lot of employment openings, or areas in which your training or experience can be well adapted, can give you a leg up on your competition.
