About the Role

The IT Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst role is responsible for working closely with customers to create, modify, or resolve system requirements. You will plan the delivery of these solutions to production, ensuring adherence to service standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves working with both internal and external teams, supporting a transition from legacy systems to new platforms, and helping align workflows, third-party services, and functionality with client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Configuration & Enhancement: Configure and maintain the ecosystem, including Loanapp, Omnichannel workflows, Policy and Decisioning Rules, Product and Serviceability engines, metadata, user management, document checklists, print documents, alerts, and notifications. Ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Collaboration & Implementation: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless client delivery and system implementation.
• Testing & Rollout Support: Test system setups and configurations in the UI layer across production releases and bug fixes, ensuring smooth rollouts to clients. Support customers in their production rollouts.
• Issue Triage & Support: Triage customer-raised JIRA tickets, liaising with Level 3 support to resolve setup-related issues. Document, prioritize, and support bug fixes while ensuring timely resolution.
• Client & Internal Training: Provide training, coaching, and support to customer operations and internal teams, ensuring a highly engaged and skilled support function.
• Data & Workflow Analysis: Analyze system configurations, workflows, and data models to recommend improvements and better client outcomes. Perform data mapping and assess data migration needs between legacy and new platforms.
• Documentation: Support the documentation of system features, configurations, and API mappings to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Loan Origination Expertise: Conduct a thorough assessment of functional differences between systems and contribute to the integration of loan origination tools, including Loanapp, Lendi, Simpology, NextGen, and others.


About You

You’re a proactive IT Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth system delivery. You’ll bring a mix of technical expertise, hands-on system configuration, and client-facing experience. Key qualities include:

Experience in Lending/Mortgage Industry: Prior experience working with loan origination platforms such as Loanapp, Lendi, Simpology, NextGen, Sandstone, or Temenos is highly valued.
• Data Mapping & System Integration: Strong understanding of data standards and the ability to read, analyze, and convert different data formats to meet industry standards.
• API Mapping & Data Migration: Proven experience with API mapping and data migration between legacy systems and new platforms.
LIXI Expertise: Knowledge and implementation experience of LIXI CAL into a core system will be highly regarded.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to adapt across different projects and environments, and work well with various teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of system configurations, workflows, data models, and API-led configurations. Prior experience with SaaS systems is a plus.
• Problem Solver & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, document findings, and drive solutions.
• Client-Focused: Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, build strong relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
