Product Manager (AI)
$120k – $130k + Super + $7.5k – $10k Bonus (Flexible to an extent)
Sydney CBD / Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

The Role
This is a newly created Product Manager (AI) position sitting in a highly visible global team. You’ll:
Lead the planning, development, and delivery of AI initiatives across the business
Work with different teams to map use cases for AI-driven change
Collaborate with product, engineering, IT, sales, marketing, and operational teams
Manage ceremonies, story writing, backlog management, and delivery cycles
Build and lead an AI Centre of Excellence, training and upskilling teams
Tell the story of AI adoption through successful user cases to drive engagement
Develop frameworks for risk, cost, and success measurement of AI initiatives
Drive continuous improvement using Lean-Agile principles
The Person

We’re looking for someone who:
Is passionate about AI and stays up to date with its real-world applications
Has a solid foundation in product management and change management
Can engage, inspire, and bring teams on a journey of AI-driven change
Is comfortable working directly with development teams and driving delivery
Brings energy, communication skills, and a growth mindset to everything they do
You’ll Have:
5+ years in product and/or change management roles
Proven experience securing executive buy-in and leading organisational change
Experience building business cases, defining ROI, and measuring impact
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex AI concepts
Experience working in fast-growing, agile businesses (not corporate, slow-moving environments)
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern product development processes
Bonus Points:
AI certifications or practical AI project experience
Background in digital transformation projects, ideally using AI
Technical fluency or strong interest in emerging AI technologies
Experience establishing Centres of Excellence or cross-functional initiatives
