ServiceNow Trainer Immediate Start - 3 month contract

My client is a large well known telecommunications company based in North Sydney.

Due to an upcoming transformation program within the business, there are likely to be some major changes which will generate a large volume of queries around ServiceNow. Which is why they need to bring in a skilled ServiceNow contractor that can put together and deliver training sessions, in particular in ITSM and CSM modules.

This role is approved to start ASAP, and will be an initial 3 month term with further opportunity to extend beyond.

Key skills & experience required:

  • A strong background working in ServiceNow, with the ability to make enhancements and customisations on the platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ITSM and CSM modules is essential.
  • Ability to put together and then conduct training sessions. 
  • Any ServiceNow based transformation program experience highly preferable.
  • Great communication ability, both verbal and written. This is essential to be able to train staff members across ServiceNow.
