- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of HR, from workforce planning to employee relations.
- Ensure adherence to the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act, managing public sector employment policies effectively.
- International Workforce Management – Navigate the complexities of managing a diverse, cross-border workforce.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice.
- Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and influence key decisions at all levels.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Government experience required.
- Experience across different jurisdictions
- Extensive generalist HR experience in complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of the GSE Act and public sector employment practices.
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Experience in workforce planning and HR strategy development.
- A proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills.
MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
