This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales. You’ll be engaging with customers who have already expressed interest, ensuring high conversion rates with confident and effective outbound calling.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to convert warm, inbound leads.
- Build rapport with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve high lead-to-sale conversion rates, aiming for 70–80% or more.
- Manage and prioritise a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes using a CRM system.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly in automotive dealership or insurance sales.
- A strong track record of achieving high conversion rates from leads to sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
- Experience working with CRM systems to track sales activities.
- The ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- A proactive and disciplined approach to managing your workload.
